From 20 to 22 January, a three-day workshop was held in Jablanica as part of the ONE project – “One Region, One Story, One Ticket”, bringing together representatives of cultural and museum institutions from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro.
The central and most significant part of the workshop was the signing of the Agreement on the establishment of a joint system for the digital sale and control of museum tickets, signed by ten institutions. This is the first regional agreement of its kind, marking an important step forward in the digitalization and improvement of cooperation in the field of cultural heritage and tourism.
The ONE project aims to connect cultural and historical sites in the cross-border region into a unified visitor experience based on the concept of “one region, one story, one ticket”. Through a shared interpretation and the use of modern digital tools, visitors are enabled to experience different sites as parts of a single narrative, while institutions benefit from simplified management, ticketing, and promotion of cultural content.
The project is being implemented in cooperation with the LINK Entrepreneurship Center Mostar, the National Museum of Montenegro, the Municipality of Jablanica, and the organization Multimedijal Montenegro from Bijelo Polje. The total value of funds allocated to the Municipality of Jablanica amounts to 402,166.00 BAM, of which 333,380.83 BAM is provided by the European Union Delegation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, while the Municipality of Jablanica contributes 98,785.17 BAM from its own funds.
