The Museum continuously works on improving accessibility in order to provide all visitors with a high-quality and inclusive experience.
Audio guides for blind and visually impaired visitors are available, as well as tactile exhibits that allow visitors to experience the exhibitions through touch. All exhibitions are bilingual and enriched with interactive content to enhance understanding.

For the comfort of elderly visitors, benches and seating areas are provided throughout the space.

Although some exhibitions and restroom facilities are not yet fully adapted for wheelchair users, the Museum strives to be inclusive and offers free admission to visitors with disabilities.

During the winter period, the Museum operates without heating. Visitors are advised to dress appropriately.
