On the occasion of World Book and Copyright Day, a workshop was held in the museum library (which operates as the only public library in the Municipality of Jablanica) for first-grade pupils of Primary School “Suljo Čilić” Jablanica.

Since the first-graders have mastered the basics of reading and writing and are actively applying them in their lessons, this day was dedicated to them—introducing them to the library and its rich collection of children’s literature, as well as highlighting the importance of books and the written word.

During the workshop, the pupils had the opportunity, with a little imagination, to become authors and illustrators of their own book for one day.
