H.E. Ambassador Johan Sattler, Head of the Delegation of the European Union in Bosnia and Herzegovina, on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 visited Jablanica, ie the Association and Company "Most" Jablanica and the Museum "Battle for the Wounded on Neretva River" Jablanica. The visit was coordinated by the Association for Entrepreneurship and Business LiNK Mostar.
In cooperation with the EU Info Center, on July 2, 2021 at the Museum was held a workshop called Let's Build Bridges.
In the period from June 23 to 25, 2021, the Public Institution Museum "Battle for the Wounded on Neretva River" Jablanica organized the second cultural event Days of the Museum. The purpose of the event is to emphasize the importance of museums and cultural institutions in general with their program content.
The exhibition "War and Art" is a new exhibition in the Museum dedicated to artists who were among the Partisans and, inspired by the events of the war, created their works.
At the memorial complex “Battle for the Wounded on Neretva River” in Jablanica, on May 8, 2021 was marked the 78th anniversary of the Battle for the Wounded and Liberation Day.
The exhibition „Toward the Modern Society“ is dedicated to an exhausted ordinary farmer who came out of a long war, poverty, hunger and disease.
The museum has introduced a real experience of the Battle of Neretva in its offer, and visitors can now become part of the partisan ranks, shoot down planes, transport the wounded and fight against the enemy.
